I traveled throughout South East Asia and Australia working and experiencing new cultures and inspirations. I worked with families throughout Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia, and worked on organic farms and permaculture sanctuaries in Australia.

  • Responsible for the management of website content, operations, and customer service to reflect brand marketing and provide a high quality shopping experience to the Figue customer.
  • Managed and Opening of stand alone high end retail boutiques in Soho, NYC, Venice Beach, LA, and South Hampton NY: hiring, design, inventory set up, back stock, operations
  • Actively planning and scheduling web drops coordinated with email blasts and social media posts alongside Director of Content. 
  • Still life styling for print features: Vogue, Conde Nast Traveler, Glamour, Marie Claire
  • Responsible for online marketing reflecting the brand aesthetic including: email blast design, event invitations, and social media assets and site functionality testing.
  • Collaborate with Director of Content on editorial direction, promotion, sales and any marketing requirements. Using website analytics tool, analyze site behavior to identify opportunities to drive sales and improve site experience, daily financial reporting and promotion set-up.

Fashion Design Internship                                                                                                    July 2012- November 2012

  •  Actively participated in the preparation of the Spring/Summer 2013 fashion show by providing the design team with draping, pattern making, fabric dyeing and embroidery assistance. 
  • Provided assistance to both the Notte and Couture design teams in various capacities including fabric sourcing,  look book preparation and hand sewing sewing on many of the Spring/Summer couture pieces. 
  • Worked on embroidery placement and embellishment concepts and layouts.

Freelance Design Consultant                                                                                                         August 2010-Present

  • Freelance designing for CastlesCouture, I work directly with the Head of Design on a season to season basis to to  create on-trend cruelty-free women's ready-to-wear. Styling e commerce shoots as well as prep editorial concepts. 
  • Participating in pre season design direction including; market research, trending, sourcing and merchandising.  
  • Sketching and designing garments that fit with the collection aesthetic and brand message.
  • Working trade shows with other team members  to promote and sell brand to retailers.
